In Greece, Cocaine has been decriminalized for private use
Use, possession and cultivation of it is illegal in Greece except for medical reasons. Personal use might be decriminalized. Use in public is also illegal
It is, however, rather easy ti find around busy tourist spots.
Most of the time the purity of the product may be very low and it may be cut with unwanted agents. It's alway better to know someone but as this remains illegal contacts cannot just be found easily. Some can be found on Telegram but beware of scammers.
